The client administration official will remain as a contact between the clients and the organization and take care of their needs in an expert way. 

Employment Responsibilities 

Taking care of all clients in an inviting way. 

Pulling in potential clients by responding to inquiries on the organization's items and administrations. 

Selling organization's items and administrations by helping potential client's settle on choice to purchase item. 

Settling item or administration issues by explaining the client's grumbling, proffer arrangements and guarantee client is fulfilled. 

Adding to collaboration by achieving related outcomes as required. 

Working with the Graphic unit on client's ideal plans and edit all occupations. 

Considering both short and long haul interests of the client in settling on administration choices. 

Getting ready Job request of client's solicitation. 

Liaising with the Head of Production on all employments and screen occupations to guarantee wanted quality and precision to fulfill given time constraints. 

Conveying the Manager and other colleagues along on all employments been finished.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have B.Sc/HND in related field.
  • Candidate must have minimum 3 year experience as a customer service representative, with body of work to show for it.
  • Candidate must be able to treat customers courteously.
  • Candidate must be time conscious in responding to customer requests.
  • Candidate must be able to proactively identify customer needs.
  • Candidate must be able to resolve customer complaints.
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos.

  • Must possess strong work ethics and excellent interpersonal skills.
